Your Catalyst Coaches
Each Flourish Forum Gathering includes two types of coaches to help the group push through the toughest challenges.
Our Catalyst Coaches are fellow entrepreneurs who have been trained in design-thinking methodologies. Their role is to push the team through fast-paced divergent, convergent and strategy-building exercises that get the most out of the group.

The Yodas
Leaders get stuck. And sometimes what has us stuck has less to do with what’s on the table and more to do with what’s happening between our ears. Our executive coaches assist the forum during the meeting and are available to help members outside of the meetings as well.
Jonathan Domsky
Jonathan Domsky’s superpower is listening between the lines —removing the clutter to help articulate what’s most important and solve recurring frustrations once and for all.
An entrepreneur since the age of 24, Jonathan is an expert in building systems and routines to make things easy for customers, staff, and fellow entrepreneurial leaders. So easy that the business he co founded, Kidorable, runs just as well whether he’s there or not (before he began coaching full-time, he was usually in the office about 3 hours a week).
He devotes the rest of his time to his wife Liping, their 11 year old son, and coaching people to make business and life easier as they improve their relationships with their company, spouse, children, and themselves.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Jonathan lived in China in 1994-95—where he met and married Liping—and has lived and worked in China 2-4 months a year ever since.
Jonathan’s current projects include the Kidorable Parenting Blog, helping parents make their family life more fun, easy, meaningful and joyous.
